What more can you want in life? Coffee in a cake, with creamy coffee frosting – personally I would have a slice with a strong flat white, job done!

  • Don’t worry if the mix splits when you add the eggs, sometimes it does! Just keep on mixing – it will not affect the end product.
  • The cake will keep for four days in an airtight tin at room temperature. Don’t refrigerate as it makes the sponge stale.
