This started out as a berry drizzle cake, then we adapted it for our gluten and wheat free customers. It’s great to see folks sitting in the café eating homemade, gluten free cake that is moist and delicious rather than chewing their way through a heavy cardboard bought-in cake.

  • This will keep for four days in an airtight container at room temperature.
