  • When you take it out of the oven, it will still be very wobbly and you will think it’s not cooked. It is fine

Really simple and bombproof recipe - vast quantities of cream cheese required, but that's cheesecake for you. Cooking at such a low temperature produces a very creamy result, not like some baked cheesecakes… Now to try Big Kev's Bean Soup!
