For the Biscuits

  • 290 g butter, softened
  • 90 g icing sugar
  • ½

Method

Preheat your oven to 170°C (150°C fan). Grease and lightly flour two baking trays.

Put the butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl and beat either with a hand-held electric mixer or in a cake mixer on full speed until the mix is light, fluf
