My mum used to make the best coconut rough ever! However, I’ve adapted her recipe and it just might give her a run for her money… I’ve used a ganache topping instead of her chocolate icing and it is outrageous with the coconut.

  • The rough is a bit like a cookie dough to cook – it still wants to be a little soft when you take it out of the oven as it will firm up when it cools.
