Our front of house team go crazy when we make this slice and it almost needs to be policed when they’re cutting it. I’m pretty sure only about half of what we bake gets to the cake counter due to front of house gluttony…

  • This keeps for five days in an airtight container at room temperature. It goes stale in the fridge.
