Sweet Scones

After a sea kayaking and climbing trip to Cornwall in 2013, I became a total scone snob and am now totally addicted to clotted cream. Scones and cream teas became part of our five-a-day on that holiday. I came home determined to make our scones better and get clotted cream on the menu.
