Aggie, our lovely wee Polish chef, was with us for six years – a true friend, family member and inspiration. I have never met anyone so stubborn, determined and talented. Aggie was my sous chef, and really helped me to get the kitchen where it is now. She trained in Ireland and that’s where she picked up this delicious soda bread recipe.
