An uber-fast starter, dip for veggie sticks or baguette-filler that tastes epic!

  • Use the best quality tinned chickpeas you can get your hands on. You can cook your own, but we use tinned purely for convenience.
  • This is a great way to get rid of leftover roast veggies! If you’re roasting them specially, oil them very lightly with a little salt and pepper.
  • Hummus keeps in the fridge, covered, for four days.
