A true taste of my childhood. Nana always had a jar of this in the fridge and chubby wee Kj would be forever spooning it into her belly! I use it now over muesli, in icings, drizzled over pavlova, in drinks and in salad dressings. It’s so universal and gives a great tropical explosion to sweet and savoury dishes. Keep in the fridge for up to six months.
