Whenever we have bananas starting to over-ripen, we simply chop them up and freeze them for our smoothies. It is a great way to thicken and chill your smoothies down and to stop banana waste.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen chopped banana
  • 100 g Greek-style yogurt
  • 80 ml

Method

Put everything into a blender and blitz until thick and smooth
