  • 300 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 200 ml


Place everything in a heavy-bottomed pan and bring to a rolling boil for five to ten minutes. Reduce to a simmer for another 15 minutes. Taste and add extra apple juice, rum or honey if needed. Serve with some thin slices of Granny Smith apples for a bit of bite.
