Prepare the Almond Milk

  • Skin the almonds and discard the skins.
  • Soak the almonds in 1⅔ cups (400 ml) of the water and allow to stand for about 24 hours.
  • Discard the water, add the remaining 1⅔ cups (400 ml) of water, and blend into a very fine slurry.
