I loved this Mowgli dish. It was a succulent whole roast chicken with the Angry Bird tandoori spices applied and roasted to a royal red splendour. We used to serve it on a large platter surrounded by fenugreek fries with a knife stuck into its crown. It was a delicious, dramatic, sharing dish. This is something we still wheel out for special group occasions.
