Rare Spice-Rubbed Steak

I’m a huge fan of the Steak Fiorentina and always make a point of travelling to Florence to eat it if I am ever lucky enough to be in Italy on my holidays. There are few people in the world who unashamedly embrace their steaks in as rare and juicy a state as the Florentines. This is my version, with a little extra spice to give it that extra Mowgli kick. Be warned, you may want to have your windows open when the steak hits the pan!
