Black Cardamom Rice

This is my go-to recipe and can easily be made alongside any of the dishes in this book without hampering your cooking times. It is the same recipe included in Mowgli Street Food, for which I hope you’ll forgive me, but it has been in my family for over a hundred years, so could not be replaced.
