Ingredients

  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) water
  • 200 g (7 oz) sugar
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) white vinegar
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) fish sauce
  • tablespoons lime juice

Method

Whisk all the ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved. Transfer to a sterilised jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
