Cajeta Thumbprint Cookies

These buttery cookies are favorites of children and grown-ups alike—the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert for a school lunch box or a romantic dessert. Cajeta is similar to dulce de leche, a popular Latin American caramel-like sauce, but instead of being made with cow’s milk, it is made with goat’s milk.
