I use fresh passion fruit for this cocktail, but if you can’t find fresh fruits, you can substitute with store-bought passion fruit pulp (purée). Drink this margarita with caution, as it is silky smooth and goes down very easily.

2 passion fruits, or 3 fl oz (45 ml) passion fruit pulp (purée)

Method

Halve the passion fruits and scoop the flesh into 2 short tumblers, dividing it evenly, or evenly divide the purchased fruit pulp between the glasses. Divide the lime juice, passion fruit juice, and tequila evenly between the glasses and stir to mix. Top off with ice and serve.
