  • Tajín and a lime wedge, for coating the glass rim
  • Ice cubes
  • Juice of 1 lime

Method

Pour a little Tajín onto a small, flat plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then roll the outer rim in the Tajín, coating it evenly. Fill the glass with ice.

Add the lime juice, Clamato, Tabasco, and beer to the glass and give everything a good stir. Garnish with the celery rib, if using. Enjoy before the ice melts.
