Chelada

• Coarse salt and a lime wedge, for coating the glass rim
• Ice cubes
• 1 bottle or can (12 fl oz

Pour a little salt onto a small, flat plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then roll the outer rim in the salt, coating it evenly. Fill the glass with ice.

Add the lime juice and beer to the glass and stir. Enjoy before the ice melts.
