Steak Fajitas

There is nothing like a sizzling frying pan of fajitas being served to your table. When I think of Tex-Mex comfort foods, delicious beef dinners and steak fajitas are at the top of my list of favorites. Tex-Mex is a beautiful blend of a little bit of Texas, a little bit of Mexico, and a whole lot of flavor! My mom and I always share an order of fajitas when we eat out, and now my daughter, Maya, and I do the same.
