Another hearty soup ideal for those cold winter days. My family’s recipe calls for chicken broth only, and not actual chunks of chicken. But no need to panic: after the broth has been cooked, the whole chicken is then baked in the oven and served as a main course alongside the kotosoupa avgolemono as the starter. Trust me: After you try this combination, you will always devour broth-starter protein and its resulting soup this way.
