The psilokomeni is by far my favorite Greek salad. It’s naturally spicy and tangy but surprisingly refreshing and delicious. It’s usually served during the winter months when other vegetables, like tomatoes and cucumbers, are out of season. Trust me, after you try this salad, you’ll want to rediscover all varieties of plain greens again. There is beauty in simplicity.
