Cheese Pie Triangles

Oh my, the ultimate finger food! As a savory dish, I like to lather up tyropitakia with tzatziki sauce and shove a half dozen into my mouth, usually without even taking a breath. Washing it down with a cold beer is usually what saves me from choking to death. And now for something sweet…. Try dipping hot tyropitakia in Greek honey and drizzle on sesame seeds or crushed nuts. Darn, I need more beer….
