I’m not a big fan of fried foods, but this is fried perfection. And like potato chips, you can’t just have one. I like dipping kolokythakia tiganita and melitzanes tiganites in tzatziki, or even adding them as leftovers in a sandwich the following day. Careful you don’t bring your sandwich to work, otherwise you’ll have to share!
