  • About

Hirino stifado is another flavorsome slow-cooking dish. Super hearty and filling, stifados (stews) are primarily meant for “tougher” cooking meats, which require longer cooking times. Not a big fan of pork? You can always substitute with red meat, poultry, or even game meat. Just don’t try fish; they don’t fare well, as fish should not be cooked for too long. Serve with fresh bread, as this stew is perfect for dipping.
