Here’s to another Greek dessert made with moustos (young wine) and traditionally served during the autumn season! For this recipe, my mom does not use petimezi (grape-must syrup), but instead cooks with 100% Concord grape juice. Simple and easy to make, moustalevria is loved by all ages alike. Try making funny slurping noises, just like eating Jell-O. I know, it’s a little juvenile to make sucking sounds at the dinner table, but hey, life’s short!
