Also known as sideritis, which means someone “who has or is made of iron,” Greek mountain tea is a natural antioxidant, rich in iron and known to fight off the common cold, flu, and other viruses. This herbal tea is wild, handpicked in high altitudes, growing on little or no soil at all, and oftentimes directly on the surface of rocks. Some of the best is found on the Parnon mountain range (1,935 meters or 6,348 feet high) just south of my Mama’s village. On weekends, you usually see
