For years I thought that putting eggs on wafers, as we call potato chips in India, was a joke recipe, a loony fantasy or a way of lampooning our Parsi love affair with eggs. Then I tried it with Fran McCullough, bosom pal and potato chip expert, egging me on. Guess what! It’s not a joke.
