    There are times when my husband and I both crave this streamlined version of the conventional Parsi kavabs. With a baked potato and a salad, perhaps one with avocado, they make a perfect lean, comforting lunch or dinner. If you boil the potatoes or have corn on the cob as a starch, you can get the whole dinner on the table in half an hour.
