Fresh lime soda, like limbu pani, is found all over India, but the traveler can order it with impunity, unlike limbu pani, since the bottle of soda is generally opened in front of you.

Ingredients

  • 1 (or more)lime
  • Superfine sugar or simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda or fizzy mineral water

Method

  • Squeeze the lime. Add sugar or simple syrup to taste. Add the ice cubes and club soda. Stir.
