This calming herbal tea makes a great before-bed beverage. Lavender is often easily found in community gardens and can also be grown in your own balcony or windowsill garden. Linden, or tilia, trees are common in Europe and parts of North America, and their flowers have a calming effect when consumed. They can also help relieve nasal congestion, which is helpful at the onset of the spring allergy season! Add a touch of honey to sweeten up this subtle blend.
