This recipe comes from a Bavarian friend of Café Lomi chef Mardi Hartzog. Mardi and her business partner, Nichole Richardson, introduced these pretzels to Paris for one of their Parasites events when they took over a local craft beer bar. The pretzels go great with beer, especially lagers. Served with a mustard or butter dipping sauce, they make the perfect snack to go with a locally brewed beer!
