  • ½ cup (100 grams) salted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely ch

Method

Preparation

With a whisk, whip together chives and butter until fully combined. Right before serving, heat the butter mixture in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Let butter simmer for about 5 minutes and serve immediately.
