Cut the peppers in half and taste a small piece from each one in case it is too strong. Remove the seeds and grill the peppers under a low flame until their skins blister and darken, and their flesh becomes soft. Skin them, and cut them into long strips. Crisp and sharp when raw, they become mellow and sweet when grilled.
Put the peppers in a serving bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients t
