Method

There are many people who refuse to cook scrambled eggs because it mucks up the saucepan. It is absurd to use a saucepan in the first place. Scrambled eggs are best done in a frying pan. Break the eggs into a bowl, add seasoning, herbs or any other ingredient you wish, and beat them briskly so that the yolk and white are just blended. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and swirl it around to cover the base evenly. Pour in the eggs and continue to beat as they cook. The scrambled eggs will leave the pan quite clean if you use this method.
