Delicious either hot or cold, this drink needs very little carob to flavour it. Add it carefully to suit your taste.


  • 300 ml/10 fl oz/1ΒΌ cups soya milk
  • 2 teaspoons carob powder, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • dash of vanilla essence/extract
  • Β½ teaspoon cinnamon


    Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in a blender and drink at any time of the day.
