This is an excellent tonic for slow mornings. As wheatgerm does not integrate easily, I use wheatgerm oil. This gives the same nutritional content without the grittiness.

Ingredients

  • 150 ml/5 fl oz/ cup fresh orange or grapefruit juice
  • ju

Method

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a blender. Cool in the refrigerator and stir well before drinking.
