This will give you a beautifully flavoured loaf which is excellent with cheese, but also toasts well.

Method

Follow the basic loaf recipe, but add 1 teaspoon each of your three favourite herbs. Any of the following used alone or in combination are suitable: ground sage, thyme, rosemary, dill seed, marjoram, oregano, celery seed and celery salt.
