Lovely loaves can be made out of granary flour alone, and from strong white/all-purpose flour. Both these loaves will rise easily.

Method

For a light loaf with plenty of flavour follow the basic loaf recipe, but substitute the wholewheat flour with 225 g/½ lb 2
