The celery and yoghurt in this recipe cut across the intense fruitiness of the peaches to make a highly refreshing summer salad.
2 or 3 tender celery stalks
juice and zest of 1lemon seasoning to taste
2tablespoons chopped almonds
Stone and slice the peaches in crescent shapes, chop the celery and put both in a large bowl. Mix together the yoghurt, honey, lemon juice and seasoning and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with the chopped almonds.
