Method

This is one of the easiest spreads to make, and is also highly nutritious and delicious. Simply mix 1 part of miso paste to 2 parts of tahini. Store in a screw-top jar and keep in the refrigerator. This is a marvellous spread for sandwiches and biscuits/crackers.
