Butter shaped into balls or curls makes any meal seem more festive. This particular variety is delicious served with brioches.
Blend all the ingredients together, then pack the mixture tightly into a container, cover and chill thoroughly. Shape the butter into balls using a small ball scoop. If you wish, the balls may be rolled in grated orange rind and sprinkled with cinnamon.
