  • 25 g/1 oz/2 tablespoons butter

Method

Melt the butter in a pan and cook the mushrooms until just soft. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Steam the celeriac for about 15 minutes, then cut into small dice. Add to the mushrooms with the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
