It is important to peel the cooked beans in this recipe, as the skin is indigestible - get your toddler to help. The inner bean is deliciously moist and tender.


  • 3 tablespoons buckwheat, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon French/snap beans, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon broad/fava beans, cooked and finely chopped


    Mix everything together thoroughly.
