This is a rather special meal for a toddler. It can be made with the cheaper, thin pieces of asparagus, sometimes called ‘sprue’.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons brown rice, cooked
  • 3 asparagus spears, steamed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon wheatgerm

    Method

    Mix everything together thoroughly.
