Tofu is perfect for babies, as it is soft and bland. The broccoli is high in iron and the raisins add a pleasant sweetness to this dish.

Ingredients

  • 25 g/1 oz tofu
  • 10 raisins (soaked for 2 hours, then chopped)
  • small sprig broccoli, finely grated

    Method

    Mix everything together thoroughly.
