Split baked potatoes in half and mix the insides with finely chopped onion andtwo tablespoons of Smetana/low-fat sour cream, or 1 tablespoon grated Cheddar cheese. Alternatively, mix them with finely sliced mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn, cream cheese or blue cheese and chopped herbs.
