Almost as lavish as a club sandwich, but more delicious. Use wholewheat pitta bread, cut them in half and fill the pockets. Children will enjoy making these themselves.

Ingredients

  • 10 g/½ oz/1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 sticks of celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons haricot/navy beans, cooked

    Method

    Melt the butter in a pan and scramble the eggs with the tomatoes. When cooked, mix in the chopped celery and beans and stir well.
